SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) explain the text-message program operated by Advanced Tree Service. By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you agree to receive SMS messages from Advanced Tree Service at the mobile number you provide and to these SMS Terms.
1. Types of Messages
Messages may include appointment reminders; estimate and scheduling updates; service confirmations; arrival or completion notifications; emergency-response communications; customer-care messages; and other transactional or service-related updates connected with your request or relationship with Advanced Tree Service. We do not require you to consent to SMS as a condition of purchasing goods or services.
2. Frequency and Rates
Messaging frequency may vary based on your requests, appointments, active service matters, and other interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply to each message sent or received.
3. Opting Out
To opt out at any time, text STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that program unless you opt in again.

5. Eligibility and Mobile Number

If your number changes, notify us or opt out from the old number. We are not responsible for messages sent to a number that you provided incorrectly or that has been reassigned without notice.
